Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time member of staff for our busy & vibrant Sales & Service Office.

This is an office-based customer service role and similar customer orientated experience and an excellent telephone manner are essential. Full industry specific training will be given.

REQUIREMENTS

Answering calls to existing and new customers and assisting with their day-to-day requirements. Amending & inputting information onto the system. Processing orders with customers over the phone and by email. Dealing with customer complaints and helping to find a resolution in a fast and efficient manner. Preparation of all relevant paperwork for different elements of the role. Liaising with other departments across the business with customer issues and production queries
Day to day planning and organisation skills are key as you will be dealing with a multitude of activities at any one time with deadlines.

As well as confident administration skills you must have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure without distraction as this can be a busy environment.

Salary is dependent on experience

8.30am - 5pm Mon- Thurs

8.30am - 4pm Friday

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 25,000.00 per year
