We're looking for a motivated
Sales Specialist
to join our team and drive growth by connecting with potential clients, nurturing relationships, and closing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively reach out to leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate new business opportunities.
Manage inbound leads and follow up promptly to qualify prospects and understand their needs.
Use
HubSpot CRM
to track activity, manage pipelines, and ensure accurate reporting.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase EPOS Bookings' solutions.
Work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns and maximise lead conversion.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our SaaS products, payment solutions, and services to effectively communicate value to customers.
Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, payments, or technology solutions.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
Experience using
HubSpot CRM
or similar sales platforms.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
Ability to manage multiple prospects and follow up consistently.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Familiarity with EPOS systems, payment solutions, or related technology (preferred but not required).
