About the Role:


We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Sales Supervisor

to lead our sales team and ensure excellence at every stage of the customer journey -- from initial engagement to after-sales care. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven sales experience, exceptional communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring team members, and maintaining high service standards that build long-term customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring customers receive professional, helpful, and timely support. Oversee the entire customer experience, including post-sale follow-ups and after-care support. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring positive outcomes. Develop and implement effective sales and customer retention strategies to drive business growth. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback, coaching, and development opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and analyze performance data. Collaborate with management to improve sales processes and customer service initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or similar leadership role.

Minimum of 2 years of experience

in a sales supervisory or similar leadership role. Strong background in sales, customer service, and after-care management. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems preferred.
