The primary objective of this position is to supervise and coordination for the daily sales of the store, in coordination with the store manager, and oversee the training to improve the groceries circulation, and minimise the wastage.

In addition, this position will provide guidance to Store Manager for Sales function (on rapid sales products and availability) ensure that all policies, safety procedures, and standards are met in order to maintain S Deepa Limited reputation and contribute to growth goals.

In addition, Ensure that staff applythe Retail pricing is correctly applied and gives good value for the customer and improves overall profitability of the store as instructed from time to time to maximise Retail Sales profit margins. Handle Customer escalations and continue to minimise the wastages and ensure the customers are happy with the services

Ensure standards remain high and continually look for ways to improve.

To carry out monthly Sale audits, in order to ensure the correct payments of monies and security of the Company's reliable Supply Chain of highly perishable items.

To support the business with the Business Improvement Ideas, Participate in the online promotion and marketing exercise (including in-store campaign and leaflet distribution via delivery partners.

Marketing Management exercises and New product promotion exercises.

To train each staff member at the Store and ensure that good customer practice is carried out consistently.

Motivate, lead, support and coach your team to bring out the best in Sales those around you.

Additional Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
1 years' experience in retail management or similar field.
Must be able to manage in a high-pressure environment with intense competition.

Must be able to work of 37.5 hours a week (includes some holidays).
