Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Coordinate with marketing teams to execute promotional campaigns and events. Analyse competitors' activities and market trends to adapt sales approaches accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards across all sales activities.

Experience



Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a sales environment. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to analyse data using CRM software or other relevant tools. Experience in training or mentoring team members is desirable. Knowledge of the industry's products/services is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is critical.
