We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to lead our sales team and drive business growth. Duties



Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management. Provide coaching, training, and support to sales staff to enhance their skills and performance. Identify new market opportunities and build relationships with prospective clients. Oversee the onboarding of new sales team members, ensuring they are well-equipped for their roles. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns that support sales initiatives. Maintain a thorough understanding of products or services offered, ensuring accurate communication with clients. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.

Qualifications



Proven experience in a sales supervisory or managerial role within a relevant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Demonstrable success in achieving or exceeding sales targets. Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. A recognised qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field is desirable but not essential. A proactive attitude with strong organisational skills and attention to detail. This position offers an engaging environment for motivated individuals eager to advance their careers in sales leadership while contributing meaningfully to organisational growth. Experience with accounting software and an understanding of project-based financial workflows will be advantageous. Candidates with exposure to global business environments and cross-cultural teams will be prioritized.

Pay: 38,000.00-45,000.00 per year
