Sales Support
A key member the company's sales team, responsible for sales administration. Running open order reports and cross referencing to production and delivery reports from the factory, informing clients of expected delivery dates. Prioritising deliveries to ensure customers expectations are met.
Being the main link between sales support in the factory and the UK Sales office to plan the schedule of deliveries into and out of the UK warehouse. Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure deliveries are prioritised and on schedule.
The team member will also be responsible for filing important documents within the ERP system, and communicating relevant information both internally and to customers.
The sales administrator may be required to perform duties outside of their role to assist and support other areas of the business to fulfil the requirements in their own specific area.
Responsibilities of a Sales Administrator include:
Work with sales team by filing important documents, and communicating relevant
information
Ensure the accuracy and adequacy of sales / rental-related equipment or material
Running reports from the ERP system on open sales orders cross checking
delivery dates with the factory
Analysing reports from the factory to ensure products will be delivered on time
Regularly inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present
reports
Skills:
Have proficient organisational skills
Have 10 years of customer service experience
Be dependable and professional to customers and staff
Have computer and software skills, SAP Business One desirable
Be able to communicate successfully in both written and verbal format
Be decisive, resourceful, inventive, with excellent attention to detail skills
Pro-active, good under pressure and ability to use own initiative.
