The desirable candidate will possess strong customer service skills with a willingness to learn about the products we sell as an element of selling is required in the role.
The Role:
To work in a busy sales office answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to generate great sales leads.
Book home sales appointments on our CRM system for the sales representatives to attend.
Calculate quotations for Windows and Doors for our residential customers, provide quotations to customers both verbally and written.
Meet & greet customers in the showroom & provide basic sales information on our products and services.
Cover reception duties.
The successful applicant will need:
At least 1 year of relatable or transferrable skills.
Must be confident in interacting with customers and colleagues.
A willingness to learn about the products we sell. (Who would have thought that windows and doors could be exciting!)
Must have a sound understanding of IT systems and Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel.
Must have excellent writing, language and literacy skills.
Job Type:
Full-time 37.5 hours 9-5 over 5 days including every other Saturday.
Pay:
22,600 p.a. - 11.59 p.h. (rising depending on experience)
Holiday:
28 days holiday including bank holidays. No Christmas working as we close over Christmas!
