We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our sales team and customers, ensuring that all sales processes run smoothly. Your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication, and contributing to the overall success of our sales initiatives.
Please note the commission and performance related bonuses, available in addition to basic salary.
Duties
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports and maintaining customer records.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information about products and services.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
Manage customer accounts, ensuring all details are up-to-date and accurate.
Support the preparation of sales presentations and proposals for potential clients.
Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies and share feedback from customers.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our product offerings to effectively assist customers.
Skills

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
