Sales Support Coordinator
to join our team at our Chertsey head office.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales and operations teams, ensuring a seamless order and delivery process for our clients across Europe. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level support via phone and email for all client administration matters
Assisting Country Directors and regional Sales teams with comprehensive sales support
Accurately processing sales orders using SAP and ERP systems
Managing invoicing and dispatching processes within defined timeframes
Administering stock returns to third-party warehouse providers
Handling order status queries through regular reporting and customer updates
Maintaining and updating internal spreadsheets used for tracking and monitoring processes
Managing RMAs and insurance claims related to lost or damaged stock
Tracking customer orders through to final delivery
Coordinating with warehouse teams regarding delivery schedules and urgent shipments
Identifying and reporting dispatch anomalies, working closely with the warehouse team
Building and nurturing professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Supporting the Operations and Logistics Team Leader with ad hoc projects
Planning and prioritising workloads in line with company SLAs
Providing team backup and support where needed within the Sales Support department
Demonstrating alignment with Hanwha Vision values: passion, integrity, honesty, and respect
Carrying out additional duties as directed by the Head of Sales Support
What We're Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual with:
Advanced Excel skills
- this is essential for managing and updating internal reporting and tracking spreadsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solution-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
A collaborative mindset with the flexibility to support colleagues and contribute to wider team goals
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

Work Environment:
This is a
full-time, office-based position
in Chertsey, for the first 6 months. After the successful completion of your probationary period, remote working for 2 days a week would be available to you.
