Sales Support Coordinator

Job Description

We are looking for an organised and customer focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales team and play a key role in supporting the delivery of air conditioning installation and maintenance services.

You will act as a central point of coordination between customers, the sales team, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers. This is a varied, fast-paced role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while delivering a high standard of customer service.

What you'll be doing



Handle general administrative duties, including responding to emails and answering incoming calls Prepare accurate air conditioning installation quotations using Job Logic Generate and manage quotations from Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) visits and site surveys Provide professional and timely cost estimates to customers over the phone Chase, revise and update quotations as required Book site surveys and capture accurate information to support the sales team Liaise with the accounts team regarding payments and job-related financial queries Schedule installation works, allocating engineers based on skills, availability and job requirements Arrange subcontractors and hire equipment for installation projects Obtain supplier quotes, raise purchase orders and organise deliveries Order materials and ensure equipment is delivered to site on time Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure engineers have the tools and materials required for each job Support the wider team with ad hoc tasks as required

What we're looking for



Essential:

Clear, professional and confident communicator by phone and email Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively Competent in Microsoft Office and willing to learn internal systems Flexible, proactive and calm under pressure Strong multitasking ability Excellent written and verbal communication skills Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role, ideally within an engineering, facilities or installation environment Confidence dealing with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders High level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability

Desirable:

Knowledge of air conditioning terminology and processes Experience working with engineers, contractors or suppliers Experience using Job Logic or similar CRM systems

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,500.00-27,000.00 per year
