We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and personable Sales Support Coordinator to assist the senior sales and operations team in delivering a seamless account management service. This role plays a key part in coordinating communication across departments, managing quotations and orders, and ensuring customer requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Supplier Coordination
Use internal systems and supplier networks to source products that meet customer specifications.
Liaise with suppliers to obtain pricing, negotiate costs, approve proofs, and manage lead times.
Quotations & Pricing
Prepare accurate quotations and product specifications using CRM and information systems.
Ensure all quotations are documented and followed up appropriately.
Order Processing & Artwork Management
Accurately input and process customer orders for approval.
Manage artwork and proof approvals between customer and supplier to ensure accuracy before production.
Track all live orders to ensure production lead times are achieved.
Customer Relationship Management
Liaise with customers regarding quotations, approvals, order updates, and delivery planning.
Provide proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle to ensure service levels are met.
Internal Coordination
Coordinate communication and activities across internal departments.
Work with Operations to ensure stock availability, dispatch scheduling, and issue resolution.
Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate CRM and system records for all quotations, orders, artwork, and communications.
Support sales reporting and document preparation for account reviews.
Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, increase efficiency, and improve customer experience.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
High attention to detail
Experience in sales administration, customer service, or operations support
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Desirable:
Experience using CRM or ERP systems
Knowledge of purchasing, supply chain, or merchandise-based environments
