Your Role at Husqvarna UK
Are you business-oriented with great drive? Are you also motivated by creating long lasting results? Then the position as Sales Support Manager is the next step in your career. As Sales Support Manager you will be given a role in the local Sales Operations team where you will have the opportunity to implement, drive and secure the success of our Sales support function. Supporting a team of 6 Customer Service Advisors you will work cross functionally to provide dealer support, order book management and world class customer service.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks:
In your the role as Sales Support Manager, you will be coordinating and guiding a team dedicated towards improving sales and dealer relations. You will do this by:Coordinating and managing the sales support team's tasks, such as processing orders, and maintaining dealer databases and dealing with dealer queries. Developing and implementing sales support strategies, including training programs and sales support materials, to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the sales support team. Providing assistance to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and addressing any issues that may arise during the sales process. Overseeing daily sales support activities such as order processing, data analysis, and report generation. Overseeing the management of the order book on a daily basis. Overall responsibility for the sales support team including day to day management, Health, Safety & Wellbeing as well as performance and development reviews of the team. Leading responsibility for CRM utilisation and case management within the sales support function. Responsible for the UK's Webportal and Dealer order entry management tool. Maintaining dealer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as query, complaint and escalation handling. Identifying areas for improvement in the sales support process, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency, and contributing to sales plan development. Responsible for data maintenance within ERP systems, including discount structures, dealer data and pricing.

What We're Looking for
We believe that you have a history within sales support /customer services, preferably with a business focused education. To be successful in the role, you will ideally have experience in a customer service/sales support related role. Furthermore, you should demonstrate a proactive attitude, taking initiative, and being responsible for the success of your assigned projects. Preferably, you are used to working with wide scope, as the position demands both hands-on as well as an analytic approach. You have strong communication skills and are able to collaborate cross-functionally effectively.
It is important that you are customer-focused combined with a strong can-do attitude. The work we offer you will be varied and offer opportunities for development.
As there will be some travel included as part of the role, a driving license is required.Experience in sales support or a similar role. Previous leadership and managerial skills. Sound commercial understanding particularly focused on sales operations. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accuracy and quality in all aspects of Sales operations. Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in CRM software, ERP systems and analytical tools. Customer focused mindset.
