FireSealsDirect, part of the CheckFire Group are seeking a Sales Manager, this is a brand new role where the core function is to build exceptional relationships with our customers, whilst delivering end to end service excellence.

Job Overview



Reporting to the Managing Director, leading our multidisciplinary teams across Sales Support (Customer Care) and Key Accounts. This role is pivotal in driving sales growth and ensuring outstanding service. You will lead the team in achieving sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. This role is key to improving systems, processes, and fostering collaboration across teams. This is a diverse customer role, in a fast-paced environment, requiring a strategic focus to identify opportunities and own the continuous improvement agenda.

Responsibilities



Manage, lead and develop the Sales Support Coordinators and Sales Account Manager, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders Manage & monitor department key performance indicators (KPIs) Attend regular meetings with the Managing Director, evolving budgets, strategies, and forecasting, which will support shareholder reporting, finance, operations Develop and implement effective sales strategies, managing and motivating the team to drive growth and meet business objectives Lead and coach the team to support and understand the customer journey Oversee the daily operations of Sales Support, ensuring timely and effective responses to customer queries and issues Set clear and achievable KPIs to ensure team members are consistently working towards business objectives Ensure the team meets customer satisfaction and retention KPIs, driving continuous improvement in customer interactions Monitor team performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary Track sales leads and follow-ups to ensure timely action from the sales team Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process Proactively seek business with new customers and upselling to existing customers, finding new areas of opportunity and implementing changes as identified Manage customer escalations, resolving any issues promptly and professionally Measure and report on customer satisfaction and feedback, making quality and process improvements accordingly

Requirements



A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels Strong business sense and commercial expertise gained from a commercial/sales background Demonstrated ability to build sales budgets, forecasts and strategic business plans that drive growth and meet budgeted revenue targets Able to identify commercial risk, develop proposals to mitigate/offset and implement to retain budgeted revenues Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive high performance Setting & managing short/mid/long term team KPIs. Background in CRM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 50,000.00-55,000.00 per year
