Job Purpose:


The purpose of this role is to provide support to our clients and internal departments to fully enhance the EMaC experience and maximise aftersales retention opportunities, utilising specialised and commercial expertise.

Summary of Role:


Reporting to the Sales Support Helpdesk Supervisor, you will work closely with all departments to ensure that the service we deliver to our clients is of the highest level. You will use your expertise to support and influence our external clients' requests to help fulfil their EMaC potential whilst forging key relationships with our Commercial Team. Utilising a variety of software applications, you will be proactively solving problems and providing a specialist assistance to our client network and internal teams. The configuration and maintenance of our clients products and services through our applications is a key part of this role, with an advanced requirement to use this information to better support the growth of the business and the wider commercial teams.

Role Requirements:



Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of EMaC systems and Microsoft Office suite Work in collaboration with our commercial teams in their efforts to build and maintain relationships with our dealer groups, manufacturers, and other third-party suppliers Provide a proactive service to our clients relating to the configuration and set up of our EMaC products Deliver training to our clients and peers within the business Accurately gather and implement requirements from our clients utilising your expertise to offer solutions Analyse data and trends utilising our PowerBi reports to make informed suggestions Work in collaboration with the wider business to greater enhance the EMaC offering Support the business by identifying business risks and improving processes Support the upkeep of training materials and process documentation Be confident in problem solving and providing out of the box solutions Be accountable for your ongoing work and development Comply with the company service level agreements Have a proactive approach to all aspects of your work Have strong communication skills (verbal & written) The ability to work autonomously and as a team Effective stakeholder engagement Be able to set and manage accurate expectations The ability to work in a pressured environment A high level of attention to detail Cover all aspects of administration as the role demands in line with your supervisors' requests Ensure that the status and reputation of the company both internally and externally is always maintained
