We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our company. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify potential clients and market opportunities through research and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Report on all KPI requirements to the Line Manager.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Hold a full UK driving license .
