Duties
Develop and implement effective business development strategies to achieve company objectives.
Identify potential clients and conduct thorough market research to understand their needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Create promotional materials that effectively communicate our services.
Utilise our systems and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and report on progress.
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
Skills
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail.
