Job Summary


We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and friendly manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service delivery. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. Assist in training new team members as required.

Requirements



Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong command of English. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications relevant to customer service operations. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including evenings or weekends if required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
