As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven and capable individual to lead our Sales team and elevate our customer experience.
Role Overview
As Sales & Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends customer engagement, team management, and strategic sales development.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently across phone, email, and in-person channels
Assist with order processing and customer transactions
Monitor feedback across sales platforms and ensure timely resolution of complaints
Lead and motivate the sales team to maintain high standards of service and fast ticket turnaround
Manage B2B relationships, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfilment while identifying new trade opportunities
Contribute to marketing efforts including website promotions, marketplace advertising, and social media campaigns
Represent the company at trade shows, including stock preparation, stall setup, and direct customer interaction
Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal-oriented
Proactive in learning and becoming an expert in our products and market
An effective communicator with both customers and internal teams
Decisive and confident in fast-paced situations
Required Experience
To be successful in this role, you should have:
At least 2 years of experience managing a small team -- ideally in a sales or customer service environment
At least 2 years in a customer-facing role -- demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Experience in e-commerce -- this is advantageous but not essential
