Summary

We are on the lookout for a friendly, organised and professional Salon Co-ordinator to join our front-of-house team.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience from the moment they enter the salon. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service and enhancing client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Manage front desk operations, including greeting clients and handling inquiries. Coordinate appointments and ensure efficient scheduling for therapists and clients. Assist in upselling services and products to enhance client experience. Maintain a clean and organised salon environment that reflects our luxury brand. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and concerns promptly. Mentor junior staff members, fostering a positive team environment. Oversee inventory management, ensuring supplies are ordered, stocked and organised.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail/salon management or salon coordination is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a passion for the beauty industry. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and staff. Ability to upsell services and products confidently. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

SHIFTS

The hours for this role are as follows:

Wednesday & Thursday: 4:30pm - 7:30pm Friday: 9:30am - 7:30pm Saturday: 9:00am - 4:00pm

Pay: 12.44-14.00 per hour
