Your Role:
Operations:
All reception activities, from bookings to payments, ensuring seamless service.
Boost Success:
Work with the team to meet and exceed our retail and service goals.
Grow Our Brand: Manage our social media, creating engaging content and helping with marketing ideas and events.
Provide Flawless Service: Greet clients with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable service.
About You:
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in beauty or hospitality.
An expert multi-tasker with a keen eye for detail.
Confident with salon software and creating engaging social media content.
A natural problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
