Salon Manager
to lead our Beaconsfield team -- combining people leadership, exceptional service, and operational excellence.What you'll do:
Lead and develop a high-performing, positive team Deliver exceptional client experiences (including treatments ~25% of the time) Manage rotas, stock, suppliers, and salon presentation Drive commercial performance and support business growth
What we're looking for:
Experience managing a salon or beauty team Calm, organised, and commercially aware Beauty therapy qualified Passionate about service and team culture
