As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and driving sales to achieve business goals.
Duties
Supervise and manage salon staff, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Organise staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored services.
Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
Implement marketing strategies to promote salon services and increase customer engagement.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide training to enhance team skills.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the salon environment.
Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, payroll, and financial reporting.
Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Qualifications
