Salon Manager
to lead our vibrant team and contribute to the continued success of our salon.Key Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
Assess and determine short- and long-term staffing, financial, and material needs. Oversee staff allocation, training, and remuneration. Provide expert advice to clients on styles and treatments while resolving any issues or complaints professionally. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records. Perform and/or supervise hair treatments and beauty therapies. Monitor and maintain salon equipment, ensuring compliance with all health and safety standards. Demonstrate, recommend, and sell hair and beauty products to clients. Ensure accurate maintenance of the salon's financial accounts.
