Key Responsibilities



Manage daily salon and academy operations, ensuring an exceptional client and student experience. Ensure the salon and all treatment areas remain clean, tidy, and client-ready at all times. Supervise and support the treatment team to uphold service, hygiene, and safety standards. Take full ownership of monthly shop revenue targets, tracking performance and driving upsells. Handle all payment processes, including checking clients in/out and ensuring all payments are completed accurately. Manage bookings for both treatments and students, including follow-ups and scheduling. Upsell services and recommend suitable add-ons and training upgrades to clients and students. Re-engage dormant clients with creative outreach and incentives. Respond to client reviews, enquiries, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset. Post regularly on social media and help maintain our digital presence. Create and manage simple tracking/analysis sheets in Excel for performance and sales reporting. Work closely with the wider team, including sales and educators, to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications & Skills

Certified aesthetician or beauty therapist with hands-on treatment experience. Previous experience in a salon, clinic, or aesthetics-based leadership/management role. Strong organisational, communication, and team leadership skills. Target-driven with a commercial mindset and experience in upselling. Excellent attention to detail and high personal standards. Proficient in using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar for data tracking and reporting. Confident with social media engagement and creating simple content. Passionate about aesthetics, client care, and education.
