Nail Lounge & Spa is looking for a confident, organised, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a
full-time receptionist
at our busy salon in Brighton.
You will be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in supporting the team and ensuring the salon runs smoothly. This role offers excellent potential for progression into a management position for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcoming and greeting clients with a warm and professional attitude.
Managing bookings via our online booking system.
Handling email and telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Supporting the salon team to stay organised, on schedule, and well-coordinated.
Taking initiative and helping manage day-to-day salon operations.
Monitoring stock levels and preparing order lists.
Handling payments, end-of-day reports, and client accounts.
Ensuring the salon is clean, tidy, and well-presented throughout the day.
Assisting with closing procedures and deep cleaning at the end of the shift.
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role, ideally within the beauty or hospitality industry.
Organised, proactive, and reliable.
Smart and professional appearance.
Ability to work weekends as part of the rota.
This is a full-time position with the potential to progress into a management role.
