We are looking for a warm and professional Salon Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our salon and provide top-notch service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and warmly welcome clients upon arrival

- Answer phone calls promptly and professionally

- Manage booking and rebooking via phone, in person, and through our computerized booking system

- Handle payments efficiently with accuracy

- Respond to messages on our social media platforms in a timely manner

- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to clients to enhance their salon experience

- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

- Support the salon team as needed to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

- salon experience preferred but not essential

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

- Familiarity with computerized booking systems is a plus (training provided if necessary)

- Friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding customer service

- understanding of social media platforms and messaging

- Ability to make tea, coffee, and offer refreshments with care and attention

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
