Front of House Receptionist and Sales Advisor - Part Time



We are looking for a friendly, enthusiast person to coordinate our front of house, ensuring the salon is running smoothly and looking after our lovely guests.

Job purpose:



To always present a professional image of Salon Cabelo. To oversee and coordinate the running, planning, and organizing of all duties relating to Front of House. Our Front of House team help manage our stylists and salon assistants to ensure all duties and appointments run smoothly.

Tasks and responsibilities:



Responsible for managing the appointment book, emails, and phone calls. Greeting guests on arrival and help with ensuring they have an enjoyable, relaxing experience. Promote and give advice on our products and services. Assist management with general admin duties. Responsible for maintaining good upkeep of our retail area. Provide guests with refreshments. Assist with achieving company objectives and targets in regard to sales, costs and guest satisfaction. Help create photographic and video content to use for social media. Work with management to help organise promotions, charity fundraising and team events. Assist and support the stylist's.

The Candidate



You will need to be intuitive, have strong impersonal skills and be able to work calmly and confidently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous salon experience is an advantage but not essential, but you will need to have worked successfully in a service-based role. You also need to have a clear understanding of how to promote services and products.

You will need to have a keen interest in the hair, beauty and wellness industry and a willingness to embrace our holistic approach.

Hours



10-16 hours per week. Tuesdays and Wednesdays and occasional Saturdays. Extra hours to cover holiday required

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.22 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 12 per week
