At Sinead Kelly London, our mission is simple: making people feel good from the inside out. We are seeking a professional, well-presented, and highly organised Salon Receptionist to become a key part of our front-of-house team.

This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, thrives in a fast-paced salon environment, and takes pride in delivering outstanding client care and experience throughout each guest's service -- from start to finish. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a vital role in shaping their journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients warmly and professionally, creating a positive and lasting first impression Deliver exceptional client care and ensure a seamless experience throughout their visit, from start to finish Manage appointments, bookings, and cancellations using salon management software Answer telephone calls promptly and handle enquiries with excellent phone etiquette Respond to client enquiries via email and in person in a friendly, efficient manner Maintain accurate client records, treatment history, and notes Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems Assist with general administrative and reception duties, while supporting the overall presentation and upkeep of the salon, including preparing refreshments and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment Assist with social media content and engagement, supporting Instagram and TikTok activity Communicate closely with stylists and technicians to ensure smooth daily operations Keep the reception area clean, organised, and beautifully presented

About You

Previous experience in a reception, administrative, or customer-facing role (salon or hospitality experience preferred) Strong computer and organisational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok Able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment Well presented, professional, and reliable Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow

Hours

Full-time, Tuesday to Saturday
