Saturdays, 08.030am - 4.30pm, Mondays 09.30 - 6.00pm (one Saturday off per month)

Salon Receptionist / Bookings Advisor

to join our team.

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll be the welcoming face and calm voice of Soothe. You'll create a beautiful first impression by greeting clients warmly, assisting with bookings and enquiries, and ensuring the smooth running of the spa reception area.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Greeting clients and ensuring they feel relaxed and welcomed Answering telephone and email enquiries, managing bookings and changes Supporting our therapist team by preparing for client appointments and assisting with general housekeeping Providing impartial, tailored advice to help clients choose the right treatments and products for their needs Learning about our premium skincare and wellbeing brands to offer confident product guidance Using our booking and POS system (training provided)

About you:

You're empathetic, approachable, and love making others feel special You're organised and confident multitasking in a calm, professional way You're comfortable with technology and have a logical approach to problem solving You take pride in presentation and enjoy being part of a team that delivers exceptional client care Experience as a

Beauty Advisor, Receptionist, or Therapist

would be an advantage, though not essential
