Receptionist / Coordinator

to be the welcoming face of our business and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

The Role

As the first point of contact for all clients, you will play a vital role in creating a professional, friendly, and seamless experience at Olive & Orchard. You'll be responsible for managing bookings, supporting the team with daily coordination, and maintaining a calm and welcoming atmosphere in the salon and spa.This is the ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a client-facing, fast-paced role and has experience in salon or spa front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet all clients warmly and provide a high level of customer care Manage bookings using our

Salon IQ

system (training provided) Answer phone, email, and social media enquiries promptly and professionally Coordinate the day-to-day schedule for the beauty, spa and hair teams Handle payments and maintain accurate till procedures Monitor and manage stock of retail products and refreshments Support client consultations and follow-up communications Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area Assist in social media support, promotional events, and general admin tasks

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a salon, spa, or similar customer-facing reception role
- Professional, polished and confident communicator
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- Computer literate and confident using booking systems (Salon IQ experience is a bonus)
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Passionate about the beauty and wellness industry

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour
