Provide courteous, efficient, and reliable service to customers. This includes receiving payment for orders, providing customers with accurate information, and ensuring that orders are prepared and collected in a timely manner. The role requires a basic understanding of health and safety practices and ensuring that the shop is always clean and tidy.
Duties:
Greeting guests and visitors
Processing orders and payments
Answering telephone orders and inquiries, having a clear telephone voice is essential
Providing information on the menu and food safety information
Organising collection times
Dealing with customers' inquiries and complaints
Provide a tidy and presentable reception area
Handling cash and Cash Reconciliation
Opening and closing store
Must have a flexible and disciplined approach to work. Some experience of working in a food environment/ QSR/Hospitality is desirable.
Able to work as part of a team and on their own, fast on their feet if working weekends.
