As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you will be the first point of contact for clients and prospects, supporting the customer service team in delivering a positive and professional experience. Your role will involve assisting customers, addressing their queries, and working closely with the marketing team to ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and courteously to customer enquiries via phone, email, and other channels
Assist in managing client accounts and updating customer information in the CRM system
Support the resolution of client issues, escalating when necessary
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver seamless customer service
Assist with administrative duties related to customer interactions and service delivery
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
