As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and brand integrity. You'll support marketing campaigns by helping customers understand offers, promotions, and services, while delivering a friendly and efficient customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer questions and enquiries via phone, email, or in-person at promotional events
Resolve complaints or issues quickly and efficiently, escalating where necessary
Support customers through the sales process by providing clear and helpful information
Record and manage customer feedback to help improve service quality
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to stay informed about campaign details
Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all customer interactions
Assist with post-campaign follow-ups, surveys, and data entry
