Role Overview:


As a Junior Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, resolving basic issues, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and brand integrity. You'll support marketing campaigns by helping customers understand offers, promotions, and services, while delivering a friendly and efficient customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Respond to customer questions and enquiries via phone, email, or in-person at promotional events Resolve complaints or issues quickly and efficiently, escalating where necessary Support customers through the sales process by providing clear and helpful information Record and manage customer feedback to help improve service quality Work closely with marketing and sales teams to stay informed about campaign details Maintain a professional, positive attitude in all customer interactions Assist with post-campaign follow-ups, surveys, and data entry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and helpful approach to customer interaction Strong attention to detail and time management Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a customer service or support role is beneficial but not required - full training provided
