About the Role: We are a growing scaffolding company looking to build a strong presence in the Bristol and Bath area. We're seeking an experienced and driven Contracts & Business Development Manager to help us win new work, manage client relationships, and support our regional growth. Experience in scaffolding is essential.
Key Responsibilities: Secure new scaffolding contracts and build lasting client relationships Attend site visits, tender meetings, and industry networking events Prepare and assist with quotations and contract negotiations Oversee the transition from client acquisition to operations hand overidentify local market opportunities and help shape our growth strategy
Essential Requirements: Proven experience in the scaffolding industry (this is essential)Strong knowledge of the Bristol & Bath construction sector Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills Self-motivated, reliable, and commercially focused
