Duties
Optimise laboratory processes for pilot and industrial scale
, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency during scale-up.Design and execute scale-up experiments
, based on R&D of the initial formulation developed by other scientists or yourself, interpreting data to guide process improvements and resolve technical challenges.Develop a commercially suitable method for Brewer's waste purification.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
(engineering, production, QA/QC) to ensure smooth technology transfer and manufacturing readiness.Work closely with external chemical manufacturers and toll processors
, conducting trials on third-party equipment and ensuring compatibility with internal processes for Scale-up and waste purification processesTroubleshoot and adapt formulations, equipment, or process parameters
to maintain product performance at increased volumes.Document protocols, process changes, and results
in line with regulatory and safety standards, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs)This role offers an exciting opportunity for growth within a supportive environment dedicated to scientific excellence.
