About the Role

As a Scan Assistant, you'll play a key part in delivering a positive and memorable experience for our clients. You'll provide vital support to our Sonographers during scans, ensure the smooth running of appointments, and help make every family feel comfortable, informed, and cared for from the moment they walk through our doors.

This is a customer-facing role, ideal for someone with a naturally warm and compassionate approach.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional customer service and support Assist Sonographers during scans and clinic operations Welcome clients, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth client journey Handle client enquiries in person and over the phone Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Who We're Looking For

A team player with a positive, can-do attitude Caring, sensitive, personable and able to build rapport with clients Confident with face-to-face and telephone communication Computer literate and comfortable using clinic systems Flexible with shift patterns

This is a variable hour's role, ideally suited to someone looking to work in the region of 16 hours per week, including one weekend shift and one shift during the week.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From 12.30 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 18 per week
