Duties
Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and training.
Ensure that all food production meets quality standards and adheres to health and safety regulations.
Oversee kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment, ensuring compliance with hygiene standards.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, striving for excellent service at all times.
Support bartending activities as needed, ensuring a well-stocked bar and timely service.
Collaborate with the management team to develop menus and implement promotional activities.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant management role is preferred.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
Knowledge of food production processes and kitchen operations.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Previous experience in bartending or knowledge of beverage preparation is advantageous.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Supporting general manager as needed.
Assistant Manager Requirements:
High school or equivalent education level.
Stable work history.
Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
Be a team player.
Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
