Enerco Doors & Loading Bay Solutions require a scheduler to join our busy Service & Installations Department. We are looking for a highly motivated, flexible and dynamic individual to join our expanding team.
The planning role is the main point of contact for all department enquiries, therefore excellent communication skills are required to prioritise and resolve all queries in a timely and appropriate manner. The scheduler will play a key part in the smooth running of the office and will need to be able to use their own initiative when dealing with queries, to ensure a successful outcome. The role demands the ability to communicate at all levels with customers, colleagues, engineers and suppliers whilst maintaining a high standard of service to meet the needs of the customer.
The scheduler will work closely with the Service & Installations Coordinator and Technical Manager.
Schedule New Installations, Callouts, Repairs, Maintenance Visits
Plan jobs for 9 two-man teams and subcontracted works
Respond to customer queries
Pass jobs for invoicing and action all further works
Maintain Equipment Records
Assist with Plant Hire and accommodation bookings
Support the Service & Installations Coordinator with service calls & emails.
Work as part of our call out Rota every 8 weeks responding to out of hour breakdown and repairs
