Ringway is looking for an organised and proactive Scheduler to join our Gloucestershire team. This is a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of routine and reactive works across our highways network. You'll be based at our Stroudwater Depot, working closely with supervisors and operational teams to keep everything running efficiently.
Duties
Plan and schedule daily works for operational gangs, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Respond to emergencies and reactive jobs, adjusting schedules quickly and calmly.
Maintain accurate records and reports using scheduling systems and Microsoft Excel.
Liaise with supervisors and contract managers to prioritise works and resolve issues.
Support compliance and safety standards, ensuring all works meet company requirements.
Collaborate with a small scheduling team, providing cover when needed and sharing best practices.
Person Specification
Previous experience in scheduling, coordination, or planning (highways, utilities, logistics, or similar sectors).
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and confidence with scheduling systems.
Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to learn - we value team players who want to grow with us.

Hours: Full Time - 40 - Monday to Friday (7:00am - 15:30pm)
