Role Summary:
The Scheduler plays a key role in managing the day-to-day coordination of Occupational Health referrals for Optima Health and its clients. This is a busy, varied position involving the scheduling of appointments, handling queries and administrative processing. The role will be based in our Sheffield office with the option of working hybrid, with 1-2 days working from home.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact employees to book appointments
Where required, accurately log new referrals onto the referral management system
Correctly log all activities on file notes
Manage customer (internal and external) enquiries
General administration
Undergo relevant training and development programmes as required
