The QE&A Scheduling Lead supports the Scheduling Manager in delivering high-quality sampling programmes to meet regulatory and business needs. You will optimise and deliver schedules, train and support Schedulers, and ensure procedures are followed for continuity of service.
You will participate in operational management rotas, maintain quality records, and support audits and investigations. The role requires attention to detail, organisational skills, and a commitment to health and safety and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilitiesSchedule sampling programmes and plan resources across multi-disciplined teams
Monitoring reports to ensure programmes meet regulator and business expectations
Capture and update absence and sampling events
Deliver training and monitor team KPIs
Maintain compliance with QMS procedures and regulatory standards
Support audits and lead on non-conforming work investigations and collaboration with wider teams.

What does it take to be successful?Scientific A Level (or equivalent)
Experience in scientific environments and team supervision
Knowledge of regulatory standards and QMS
Attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong communication and collaborative approach
