Admin and Reprographics Assistant



Hours

: 37 hours per week during term time plus five days.


Salary

: 21,280.34 to 21,614.19


Start Date:

As soon as possible.


As an Admin and Reprographics Assistant, you will join our Administration Team and contribute towards our ethos of 'Students First' by supporting the smooth operational running of the Academy. The administrative responsibilities of this role include:


Supporting the efficient running of our Visitors Reception during busy periods, Working as a Receptionist every Friday and during staff absence, Supporting our Attendance Team with administrative duties, Printing and photocopying materials such as exam papers.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The hours of work are Monday to Thursday, 07:45am until 03:45pm, and Fridays 07:45am until 03.15pm.


The right candidate will have a flexible approach to work and be able to thrive under pressure whilst managing competing deadlines. Excellent communication and organisational skills will be key for this role. The ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and relate in a pleasant and sympathetic manner to children are essential. You will be a vital team player, working with many different departments within the Academy.
