The Corsham School Academy Group is seeking to appoint a School Receptionist to work as part of our school office team. The successful applicant will be a confident and clear communicator, with extensive administrative experience and IT skills.
Experience of working within an education setting would be desirable. You must be able to handle a variety of tasks quickly, efficiently, and calmly, including operating a large volume of phone calls and be able to deal with competing deadlines.
The role requires someone who has the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and has good administrative skills. Good personal presentation, a friendly disposition, and a willingness to participate in school life are considered important qualities for this position.
As part of our Induction Programme, full training will be provided as required and the successful candidate should be willing to undergo First Aid training.
This will be a rewarding role for the successful candidate, as you will be joining a well-established, supportive teams that make a real impact on our school.
The successful candidate will have:
Excellent communication skills.
Previous administrative experience.
Well-developed ICT skills including Microsoft office packages, especially Excel, Word and Outlook.
Good organisational skills to be able to prioritise work and meet deadlines.
