We are looking for a dynamic Sales Development Team Leader to help drive revenue growth by both contributing as an individual SDR and coaching our team to success. The ideal candidate will be a top-performing SDR with a passion for developing and mentoring others. They should have a proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and be able to bring fresh insights into processes and strategies for identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities.
In this player/coach role, you'll lead by example, hitting your own targets while guiding and motivating the team to meet their lead generation goals. You will ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads for the sales team and continuously refine outreach strategies for optimal results.
As the Team Leader, you will also be responsible for driving team performance, tracking key KPIs, and aligning SDR activities with the organisation's broader sales objectives.
