We are seeking a talented and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have extensive kitchen experience and a strong background in food production and preparation. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation while leading a team of culinary profession

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring effective team management and collaboration. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and consistency. Develop and implement menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to customer preferences. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food safety practices, and hospitality standards. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery to guests. Maintain a positive working environment that encourages creativity and teamwork among staff.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role within the restaurant industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Extensive knowledge of food production techniques, cooking methods, and presentation styles. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the kitchen environment. Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and service. Strong communication skills to facilitate collaboration between kitchen and front-of-house teams. A passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences to guests.
