Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of picking teams
Allocate tasks and monitor progress to meet daily targets
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
Act as the main point of contact between workers and farm management
Assist with logistics, equipment checks, and field organisation
Maintain accurate records of attendance, output, and incidents
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in orchard supervision (min 2 years)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work in all weather conditions and adapt to changing priorities
Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
Organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
