The Opportunity

We're seeking a

driven and results-focused Business Development Manager

to help accelerate our continued growth across Northern Ireland.

As a

self-employed agent

, you'll have the freedom to manage your own schedule and focus on generating new business leads, building client relationships, and promoting our full range of professional security services.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial, retail, construction, and event sectors. Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Promote 3Security Group's range of security and facilities solutions. Attend client meetings and site visits where necessary. Collaborate with management to ensure client needs are met and service levels are maintained. Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and proposals.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in

sales

security services

. Self-motivated, professional, and confident in client-facing situations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong local knowledge of Northern Ireland business sectors. Full driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred.
