Gaeltots is a fast growing children's sports programme that helps toddlers aged 18 months to 4.5 years build balance, coordination and confidence through fun, play based Gaelic Games.
We are looking for motivated Programme Leaders to grow Gaeltots in their local area. This is a self-employed role where you will take responsibility for finding venues, building a team of coaches and ensuring classes run smoothly. You will not be delivering sessions yourself. Your focus will be on managing and expanding the programme.
Earnings
This is a self-employed, commission based role. Programme Leaders are paid a share of the profit generated by their classes.
Typical starting earnings: 25,000 per year
Potential to grow to 40,000+ per year depending on the number of venues and families in your area
What You Will Do
Identify and secure suitable venues for weekly toddler classes
Recruit, organise and support local coaches
Promote Gaeltots to families in your community
Oversee the smooth running and growth of the programme
