Job Description
ExpertEase Tuition is seeking a resilient and committed
SEN Learning Support Assistant (LSA)
to join our specialist team supporting students acrossKey Stages 3 to 5
. Our pupils present withASD
andSocial, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH)
needs and benefit from a structured environment blending core GCSE subjects with vocational and therapeutic learning.Class sizes are small (typically 6-8 students), enabling highly personalised support.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and purposeful 1:1 and small-group sessions Support teaching staff in adapting resources to meet individual student needs Monitor and record both academic progress and emotional wellbeing Implement therapeutic strategies developed by the SEMH lead, counsellors, and external agencies Accompany and support students during off-site enrichment or work experience placements

Experience supporting students with
ASD and SEMH
, ideally in asecondary

setting Confident usingrestorative practice
andemotion-coaching techniques

with the right guidance and encouragementEssential Requirements
Suitable references evidencing experience and reliability Commitment to safeguarding and child protection Enhanced DBS certificate (on the Update Service) Right to work in the UK
